Workplace Resilience Training
Teams that stay composed and useful under load — with a model you can measure, not a pep talk you hope will stick.
What you get
Who offers workplace resilience training in Malaysia based on the PR6 model?
Dr. Elijah Ting — a Hello Driven Resilience Coach and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, practising from Sibu, Sarawak.
PR6 capability — measured, then reinforced
This is proactive, non-clinical training on the Predictive 6 Factor Resilience (PR6) model by Hello Driven. It is for organisations that want people to hold under pressure without pretending that “be more resilient” is a strategy.
Delivery is by an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and a Hello Driven Resilience Coach. HRD Corp claimable in Malaysia. Outcomes are measured; reinforcement continues in the app after the room empties.
The six domains
- Vision — a usable sense of direction when the week is noisy.
- Composure — regulating the body and the reaction before the meeting gets away from you.
- Reasoning — thinking clearly enough to choose, not only to cope.
- Tenacity — staying with the hard thing without burning the people around it.
- Collaboration — asking, offering, and repairing so the load is not carried alone.
- Health — the physical base that every other domain quietly depends on.
Who it is for
HR and L&D leads building a capability programme they can report on. Managers whose teams are still performing, but only just. Employers who know resilience training is not a substitute for fixing the work — and still need people who can hold while the system is being put right.
Preventative and non-clinical. This is workplace capability training, not therapy, psychiatric evaluation, or medical counselling. It does not replace statutory psychosocial-risk assessment. See PRisMA OSH Compliance for the system-level duty.
