The practitioner
The work starts where people get hurt — and where the statute now sits.
Dr. Elijah Ting practises from Sibu, Sarawak, with Malaysian employers, HR, and OSH leads who need leadership that holds under pressure and a psychosocial-risk record that will stand.
The practice
One practitioner. Continuity across the duty.
Leadership, resilience, and psychosocial-risk compliance are usually bought from separate vendors who never read each other’s reports. Here they sit with one practitioner. Earned Leadership™ is the executive decision work. Workplace Resilience Training is the measured capability work. PRisMA is the statutory cycle — Stage I through the 12-month re-evaluation. Engage one solution or all three — without rebuilding context from scratch each time.
The research underneath is not a slogan. Ongoing PhD work is on moral injury and spiritual intelligence — the harm done when people are required to act against what they hold. That is also, very often, a leadership design problem.
Dr. Elijah also holds CFP® standing (SC-licensed). The practice itself is focused on leadership, workplace resilience, and psychosocial safety.
All three solutions are preventative and non-clinical. PRisMA is statutory OSH system-level work. None of this is clinical therapy, psychiatric evaluation, or medical counselling.

From the practice
“Leaders decide who gets handed the impossible choice, and what happens to the person who says it is impossible.”
