Elijah holds an Executive Doctorate in Learning and Development from East Bridge University, Paris. As an educator and behavioural strategist, he blends organisational learning design with advanced neuroscience-based resilience frameworks to help corporate teams thrive under pressure. The title ‘Dr.’ is used strictly in this academic and professional L&D context.

My foundation began in nursing, where I learned to stay composed when stakes were high. Through years of pastoral practice, I deepened my understanding of meaning, suffering, and human connection. An Executive MBA, an Executive Doctorate in Learning & Development, and ongoing PhD research then strengthened my work in leadership, adult learning, and measurable capability development.

Today I deliver two clearly bounded solutions for Malaysian organisations. As a DOSH-certified Psychosocial Trained Person, I conduct system-level PRisMA OSH compliance screening. As a Certified Resilience Coach and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, I deliver proactive, non-clinical workplace resilience training. Both are preventative and OSH system-level — neither is clinical psychological therapy or medical care.
