Solution 02 · Workplace Resilience Training
Calmer leaders, steadier teams, and sustainable performance under pressure.
Proactive, HRD Corp claimable, non-clinical workplace resilience training based on the Predictive 6 Factor Resilience (PR6) model by Hello Driven. This is preventative capability-building — skills, habits, and reinforcement — not clinical psychology, therapy, or medical treatment.
This is a distinct service from PRisMA OSH compliance. Resilience training is a proactive, preventative capability programme that an organisation can run at any time — it is not a statutory psychosocial-risk assessment and does not replace one. It is also non-clinical: it builds everyday skills and habits, and does not constitute clinical psychological therapy, psychiatric evaluation, or medical counselling.
The Evidence Base
Developed by Hello Driven and used across organisations worldwide, PR6 maps resilience across six interconnected domains. Training and reinforcement are built around the domains where a team is most stretched — turning resilience from an abstract idea into specific, practisable behaviour.
Sense of purpose, goals, and meaning — the direction that keeps effort coherent when pressure rises.
Regulating emotions and staying calm under pressure — noticing reactivity early and steadying it.
Problem-solving, resourcefulness, and anticipation — thinking clearly when the path is uncertain.
Persistence, realistic optimism, and the capacity to recover and keep going after setbacks.
Support networks and connection — the relationships and communication that carry teams through strain.
Sleep, nutrition, and physical wellbeing — the bodily foundation that everything else is built on.
What Training Builds
Reduced Stress Reactivity
Teams respond with greater calm, clarity, and self-regulation during workload spikes, conflict, and operational pressure.
Steadier Leaders
Managers learn to think clearly, communicate well, and steady their teams through change, uncertainty, and sustained demand.
Healthier Communication
Clearer requests, better boundary-setting, stronger repair conversations, and more resilient support behaviours at work.
Habits That Stick
Reinforcement — including the Driven Resilience App where appropriate — sustains repetition and application long after the workshop ends.
Funding the Training
Programmes are delivered by an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, so levy-paying Malaysian employers can fund resilience training through their HRD Corp levy where applicable — proactively, without needing a statutory trigger.
Proactive, non-clinical capability-building. Workplace resilience training builds everyday skills, habits, and team behaviours. It is preventative and educational in nature, and does not constitute clinical assessment, psychological therapy, psychiatric evaluation, or medical counselling. Participants identified as needing clinical support are signposted to qualified providers.
Distinct from statutory PRisMA assessment. This training is not a substitute for the statutory LEO26 / EPC23 psychosocial-risk assessment cycle. Where an organisation carries OSHA 2022 obligations, those are handled separately under DOSH PTP competency on the PRisMA Compliance track.
Data handling under PDPA 2010. Any individual resilience data collected through assessment tools is processed under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Cohort reporting is de-identified; individual results are not disclosed to leadership without explicit consent.
System-level psychosocial-risk screening (LEO26 and EPC23) under DOSH PTP competency, for employers carrying statutory OSHA 2022 obligations.
