The Journey
From Bedside to Boardroom to Statutory Practice
Each step has taught me how to help leaders and teams stay grounded, communicate more clearly, and perform more steadily under pressure — and how to translate that work into the statutory framework Malaysian employers now operate within.
Nursing
BSc (Hons) Nursing — clinical care, holistic assessment, and the discipline of staying composed when lives depend on it.
Ministry
Master of Divinity — pastoral theology, meaning-making, and years of walking with people through loss, change, and restoration.
Business
Executive MBA — organisational strategy, financial stewardship, and the structures that make sustainable growth possible.
Research
Executive Doctorate in Learning & Development (East Bridge University, Paris) and ongoing PhD research on moral injury — the harm done when people are required to act against deeply held values, or to watch it happen and stay silent. It is not a condition someone carries into work; it is what an organisation produces when its structures put people in that position. That makes it a question about how institutions are led and how work is designed, which is where this research sits alongside adult learning and leadership effectiveness.
Resilience
PR6 Framework Certified Practitioner (CReC, CReW, PRE Instructor) — delivering evidence-based resilience programmes as an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer in Malaysia.
PRisMA Practice
DOSH-Certified Psychosocial Trained Person (PTP/ASV-053/26) — conducting the full PRisMA 2024 statutory cycle for Malaysian employers under one practice.
