Leadership, resilience, and psychosocial-risk compliance are usually bought from separate vendors who never read each other’s reports. Here they sit with one practitioner. Earned Leadership™ is the executive decision work. Workplace Resilience Training is the measured capability work on the PR6 model. PRisMA psychosocial risk assessment is the statutory cycle — Stage I through Stage III (including reassessment — 12 months if any High, or after two years / when needed if all Low), delivered by a DOSH-registered Psychosocial Trained Person (PTP/ASV-053/26). Engage one solution or all three — without rebuilding context from scratch each time.

The research underneath is not a slogan. Ongoing PhD work is on moral injury and spiritual intelligence — the harm done when people are required to act against what they hold. That is also, very often, a leadership design problem.
